Cheltenham General hospital, Cheltenham district nurses and GP's gross negligence manslaughter.

Coroner protecting Gloucestershire NHS gross negligence manslaughter, Gloucester coroners officers and Roland Wooderson (assistant coroner) refuse to acknowledge the extremely poor care and gross medical negligence that Lucy Meszaros was subjected to and subsequently died from. Given the strong evidence of Gloucestershire NHS poor treatment and care, delayed and withheld medical assistance, lies, covert authorisations and fraudulent attempts to conceal neglect and illegal behaviour, the coroner should have allowed an 'out of county post mortem to alleviate the risk of allegiance and bias. They flatly refused and won't say why. The coroner also had a duty to raise a prevention of future deaths report. They flatly refused and wouldn't say why. They gave me categoric assurance that bodily fluids and tissue samples would be taken and retained for lab testing. "Barry says samples don't need to be taken". The pathologist (Dr Lord) didn't bother. They refuse to say why. He is the 'Lead Pathologist' for a company that supply staff to the NHS. Mark Gregson Lord refuses to say why he didn't bother and he refuses to communicate. I have no doubt in my mind that the coroner's office are protecting Gloucestershire NHS and I suspect Roland Wooderson and Mark Lord to be as bent as their backs would be if their pockets were full of hush money..

Disabled wheelchair user detained and arrested by South Yorkshire police. They have been asked for comment. We were contacted by 33yr old Dan, who had been a patient in The Breightmet Centre for Autism until CQC ordered its closure after a second ‘Inadequate’ rating. There had been a systematic catalogue of issues involving neglect and abuse, which included a care worker assaulting a patient whilst eight others stood around and watched it happen. Other issues included the improper use of restraint, with one patient being restrained 38 times in 18 days. Staff did not have appropriate skills, training was wholly inadequate, and some were sleeping during shifts. After the closure of Breightmet, Dan, a friend of Lauren Bridges, was moved to a temporary care home. His social worker then arranged an induction visit to a more permanent placement in Sheffield. On 16th March Dan went to see the home, accompanied by his friend Jay. The name of the care home in question isn’t going to be publicly...

Abuse, neglect, lies and covert behaviour - Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation 'Trust' and other Gloucestershire health and social care.sectors.

Carers Want Competence health and social care news. (GNS Press accreditation) sharing Keith Smith from Bishops Cleeve (Cheltenham) brief account of unacceptable gross negligence, which caused the death of both his parents, trauma and irreparable damage to him. Part 1 - Keith's father was placed onto 'end of life care' in Cheltenham General hospital in 2017.. Part 2 - Keith's mother died during an out-of-hours GP visit in the summer of 2021. Keith paid for a polygraph (lie detector test), which relates to the GP and a 'technician' sleeping in their car as Keith's mother lay dying. It is clearly apparent that Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation 'Trust' decision-makers are cowards and will stretch to the worst imaginable sadistic actions to avoid public scrutiny and consequences.. They seem to have the illusion that they can bully anybody that dares to question their illicit behaviour. Are they constantly under the influence of some mind-warping d...
